Quick analysis is an on-page analysis feature to help users gain quick insights while browsing an Amazon product detail page.
Step 1: Install and enable the VOC Chrome extension
To use the feature, you must first have the Octoparse VOC Chrome extension installed. You can add the extension to your browser by installing it from the Chrome web store. You can click on any of the Add to Chrome buttons on our website to visit the extension page.
Step 2: Log into your Amazon account and browse any product detail page to access the feature
Once the extension is installed and enabled, you will find a new section on the product detail page with the Quick Analysis button.
Notes:
It is recommended to log into your Amazon account to analyze the review.
The Quick Analysis feature is only available on a product detail page as it is intended to conduct a quick AI analysis based on the reviews on one single product.
Quick Analysis results cannot be shared or downloaded for later use.
Only product with more than 20 reviews can be analyzed.
Step 3: Start a quick analysis and check the result on the current page
Once you click the quick analysis button, our extension will start to collect the top 500 reviews and create an on-page analysis report with the following 6 sections:
Customer Profile
Usage Scenario
Positive Feedback
Negative Feedback
Unmet Needs
Pre-purchase Concerns
A quick analysis report is normally generated within 60 seconds.
