Download original customer reviews is a review download function performed on a real-time data collection of Amazon's product reviews.

Step 1: Install and enable the VOC Chrome extension

To use the feature, you must first have the Octoparse VOC Chrome extension installed. You can add the extension to your browser by installing it from the Chrome web store. You can click on any of the Add to Chrome buttons on our website to visit the extension page.

Step 2: Log into your Amazon account and browse any product detail page to access the feature

Once the extension is installed and enabled, you will find a new section with a "" button on the Amazon product details page.

Tips:

  1. Amazon user reviews will not be fully displayed without a login, it is recommended to log in to your Amazon account to download reviews.

  2. The number of reviews displayed in the screen does not match the actual number of downloads?

    1. Octoparse VOC scrape data through an API, and the efficiency and results of the collection will be affected by the user's network environment, so there is no guarantee that complete data will be collected, especially for products with a particularly large number of reviews.

    2. In a short period of time, a large number of requests for Amazon review data by the same user will be restricted by Amazon. To solve such problems, we adopts the method of incremental collection and analysis, for specific ASINs, combined with the review data collected by all previous users together, so the number of reviews will be more and more collected over time.

Step 3: Click the download button to get the review data in a few seconds

Once you have the data file of the acoustic comments, you can use the "Import Reviews" file function for AI analysis and report generation.
