Importing existing review data is a function that involves analyzing existing product review data using AI and LLMs to generate visual reports. This function is available for subscription users.

Step 1: Install and enable the VOC Chrome extension
First of all, you must first have the Octoparse VOC Chrome extension installed.
You can add the extension to your browser by installing it from the Chrome web store. You can click on any of the "Add to Chrome" buttons on our website to visit the extension page.
Step 2: Go to Homepage and find "Import Reviews" button
After entering Homepage, you will find the "Import Reviews" button on the right side of the page.
Tips:
Before importing the file, it is recommended that you download the Template document to check the type of data and rules that should be imported;
If you haven't got the user review data yet, you can get it through Octoparse VOC Original Customer Reviews Download function.
Step 3: Upload and import the data file, click "Confirm"
Complete the upload of the data file, customize the naming for your report and click "Confirm" to generate the report.
Step 4: Once the upload is complete, check to see if the number of comments is correct and click “Create”
Step 5: Automatically generate a Deep Analysis Report
Wait for some time to view the deep analysis report.
